Location is excellent. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and a few minutes walk to Praca Luis de Camoes, a square where there are a number of tram stops, to include the well known tram 28, which will take you around the City sights. Also about a 6 minutes walk to Lisbon Rossio train station. The hotel room is a good size, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with shower. Reception are friendly and helpful. We did not eat there so cannot comment on food and drink.

The room was very large, spacious and well laid out. Had everything in there that we needed, such as a little fridge, coffee, tea, etc. Room lights and decor were cosy. Very clean and very quiet for such a central location. Location was great! So easy to walk to and from main attractions, sights, cafes, shops etc. Trams and metros very close too. So easy to get to and from the airport without expensive taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on the food. Check out the vegan nata shop on the same street whilst you're here, it'd amazing and so so tasty! We had one every morning on route to our daily exploring. Be sure to check out baixa chiado metro square every night. It's a 2 min walk from hotel and always has something going on like people playing music and performing. Had the best time.

This would be a good hotel if you like clinical and dark. The stay was perfectly fine, but the room was very dark without lights and I almost walked into the glass bathroom several times.

Centrally located and closed to all tourist places. As expected, you need to get up and down the hilly roads. Rooftop bar is very cozy - small space, but lovely.

perfect location with easy access to so many tourist sites. Close to metro station and tram stops as well for easy access to all areas of Lisbon. Spacious rooms with modern design. Nice breakfast as well with good variety and good service. Outstanding, very helpful staff as well.
